I’ve never forgotten the time a number of years ago that I was waiting on Delmar to make a right turn from the right turn lane. Just as the light changed a pair of ADULT? cyclists came whizzing by on my right. My car had already started moving and had I not been paying attention, they would have both been history, but they proceeded on their merry way down Delmar. I surely hope that traffic laws apply to cyclists too, and this should perhaps be pointed out to them on occasion.
