It reminds me of the days when I could watch a Watergate or Clarence Thomas hearing with my heart pounding and not be in fear of a heart attack. Now, I doubt that a “Lowell Weicker” would come forward, but I can’t watch anyway for fear of The Big One. “Monica” might have been the last show I will watch. Did any “moderate” Republicans come forward then to challenge the indecency of their own party’s behavior?
