I’ve been working with dealers for the better part of 10 years and can tell you firsthand that the internet has dramatically changed the way that dealers do business. Most of the owners and managers really do want to create a positive experience for you as a customer, especially those that have certified with us. Certified Dealers understand that their reputation is the most important thing that they can offer you as a customer and they do go above and beyond regularly to create a great experience for you. They don’t always succeed, but they want to, and that does make a difference.
