I know you wrote about it on October 25, 2010.  It is an important issue and should be discussed more.  It is also something that most people – both the liberty-lovers and the central planners – could get behind.Obviously, the public health and criminal justice issues of adults using cannabis as a safer alternative for enjoyable recreation is a separate issue and should not serve as an obstacle to developing more sustainable fuel technologies.
