Remember this means for every $100 premium, they collect $20 for operating expenses. That means smaller premiums, or you now have too encourage your clients to become healthy thru doctors visits.
Remember right before the ACA became law, they could deny benefit, be a death panel, on your money, and raise your premium, just to pay their board of directors said they wanted more profit, Now to justify, they will have t have sick people in their equation. Neat, ain’t it.
