It is NOT a “Ferguson Grand Jury”. Ferguson does not have a grand jury. Nor does it have any court other than a municipal court. Other than this widely inaccurate statement, everything else you say is true, although you left out the reason that McCulloch should have been disqualified in the first place; his policeman father’s death at the hands of a black criminal.
