These could just as easily be tips for being a better human being, really. They sound like ways we can all grow and evolve. Just wanting to be an ally to someone embroiled in a struggle is a great thing and should be appreciated. Empathy is hard; it is stressful and emotional and takes a toll on us. It’s so much simpler to turn a blind eye, stay safely in our place of privilege, apathetic and/or indifferent. I love that people see a struggle and want to be part of the solution. Good tips for being solution-oriented.
