This really is an interesting way to look at constitutional rights. The constitutional rights that are most eroded are the ones that effect all of us, but we’re only having discussions about the ONE that affects a small minority of the population. Most of the rights you have listed are violated on a daily basis: freedom of press (increased prosecution of whistleblowers for starters), freedom to peaceably assemble (only at this specific location, at this time, with a permit and we’ll still pepperspray and detain you), freedom against unreasonable searches (a funny joke the NSA tells for laughs), freedom from cruel and unusual punishment (happens in just about every prison across the country and especially outside the country).
(I would argue that a Trump presidency is unconstitutional on the basis of cruel and unusual punishment, but I’m sure someone with a law degree is already taking that one to the SCOTUS.)
