Is it possible they are trying to give the appearance of working? Or distracting us from the real issues they are not resolving? That’s what red herrings are normally used for… Or maybe they are unaware of these pre-existing laws and are making a good case against term limits. 😉

I’m pretty excited about constitutional amendments 1-3, though. Conservation, campaign contribution limits, and an increase in cigarette taxes to pay for early childhood education? Nice.
