We\u2019ve all heard the story about the emperor having no clothes.\u00a0 Now we\u2019re hearing more from \u201cthe Great Communicator\u201d who has trouble communicating his message.\u00a0 When Barack Obama was running for president, it was said that he had a special \u201cmojo\u201d that connected him with virtually any audience with which he met.\u00a0 When he talked about \u201cthat hopey changey stuff,\u201d people seemed to know exactly what he meant.<\/p>\n
Well, they didn\u2019t; I for one certainly did not.\u00a0 I knew that he had an affinity for speaking as if he was in the middle of the political spectrum.\u00a0 However, in his heart of hearts I thought that he was a progressive.\u00a0 He may still be.\u00a0 However, it\u2019s difficult to tell because an interesting thing happened on the way from the campaign trail to the White House.<\/p>\n

I was often frustrated with his speeches because it was never clear what change he was advocating.\u00a0 Nevertheless, he wasn\u2019t Bush; he wasn\u2019t McCain.\u00a0 I gladly voted for him.<\/p>\n
